Puget Sound Healthcare is hiring both LPNs and RNs for all shifts (Day, Eve, NOC) for our Skilled Nursing Facility! We are a 5-Star facility located in West Olympia and we pride ourselves on the quality care we provide our residents. We provide both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Acute Care. We are a very family-friendly company and work around a lot of varying life schedules. LPNs start at $35/hr, and RN's start at $40/hr. These are always negotiable and based on years of experience. Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
- Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
- Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
- Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS
Qualifications:
- Current active LPN or RN state licensure without enforcement action against it
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently
- Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
