Pay Range: $26-$32 DOE

What you will do:
This position is responsible for maintaining our physical plant and grounds to include preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, grounds and building repairs to ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and good operating order.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have good technical and mechanical skills and have experience in light carpentry and plumbing. Experience with maintaining HVAC systems are also preferred. Must be familiar with health care Life Safety codes and recordkeeping. This position is Monday through Friday and may include an occasional weekend or after hours calls. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
