Pay Range : $150,000 DOE

What you will do :
- Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary action
- Accounts Receivable functions
- Participates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)
- Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenue
- Labor and Workforce Planning : follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirements
- Manage supervision of Resident Trust accounts
- Risk Management and Safety program management
- Complies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc.

As required by state and local law, North Auburn Rehabilitation and Health Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that North Auburn Rehabilitation and Health Center expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :
