We are currently recruiting for Winter 2024/2025 season.

The PM restaurant server is responsible for all aspects of lunch and/or dinner service at Corsa or Shin Shin restaurants.

Essential Job Functions:

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner and guide them through any specials, take orders, remedy any problems
• Complete tasks related to the set up of the restaurant
• Anticipate guests needs and respond to any requests
• Assist and serve all guests in a timely manner
• Complete transactions, maintain a personal bank and cash out at the end of each shift
• Share knowledge about the menu items including wine and spirits
• Perform wine service
• Set and bus tables as needed
• Work as a team to assist any co-workers

Required Skills and Abilities:

• At 3 year of serving experience required (in a high volume upscale restaurant preferred)
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and through the entire Winter season
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy plates, and move around through the entirety of the shift
• Have a warm and welcoming attitude in all circumstances
• Current TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment is required
• Communicate fluently in English
