As a Laser Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials within the organization. Your responsibilities will include Loading, Unloading, and distributing materials, to the Laser machines and dept. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to operate equipment will be essential for the success of this role.

Responsibilities:
Loading The Laser
· Loading the correct Material to be run on the laser
· Unloading finished material
· Labor transactions and Material transactions in ERP
Material Storage and Organization:
· Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and inventory management.
· Maintain a neat and organized storage area to facilitate easy access and efficient material retrieval.
Inventory Management:
· Monitor material levels and update inventory records to maintain accurate stock counts.
· Coordinate with the inventory control team to conduct regular audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Equipment Operation:
· Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
· Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs.
Safety and Compliance:
· Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling materials and operating equipment.
· Comply with company policies and procedures related to material handling and warehouse operations.
· Experience working in a strong safety culture.
Collaboration:
· Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to support the timely flow of materials required for manufacturing or distribution processes.
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance material handling efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in material handling is a plus.
· Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar warehouse/logistics role is desirable.
· Proficient in operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certification preferred.
· Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
