This is an exciting time to join us! We have taken on additional customers and are looking to add Welders to our Tulsa team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding tasks using various techniques such as Flux Core, Spray Arc welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards
- Assist in the preparation of materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and shaping
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proficient in various welding techniques. Flux core and Spray Arc experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with operating forklifts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to fabricate, build, rig, assemble metal components
- Familiarity with press brake machines is a plus
Experience:
- MIG welding – 2 years of experience required
- Basic math: 1 year (Required)
- Welding: 2 years (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
