Qualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a culturally diverse population
- 1 year minimum experience in a customer service related field
- Work collaboratively and effectively
- A passion for helping others
- Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Covert most phone call to clients
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls promptly and provide excellent customer care in scheduling appointments and verifying insurance
- Call insurance as needed
- Email clients, vendors, or colleagues as needed
- Maintain a clean office environment which may include light cleaning
- Replenish supplies in the office
- On occasion carry up to 34lbs to replenish our water dispenser
- Create social media posts
- Provide administrative support to clients and therapists as needed
