Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improving client satisfaction.- Oversee project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the senior partners to identify new business opportunities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve client services, including quality control measures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
- Assist with management of marketing campaigns, client events and social media
Skills:
- Proven experience in client services or a related field, with a focus on managing client relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior partners both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze data and use this information to inform business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively manage various software systems including financial planning software, CRM systems and client management systems.
- Experience with social media platforms, website design and marketing tools such as Constant Contact.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
