Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager and main point of contact for outsourced marketing and design partners, ensuring deliverables are on-brand, on time, and within budget.
- Manage the company’s marketing calendar, including campaign launches, content deadlines, and client communications.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual branding across all posted content.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned marketing copy for web, email, social media, and other channels.
- Translate strategic concepts and campaign ideas into actionable deliverables for content creators and designers.
- Coordinate the development of tradeshow graphics and branded materials in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand and overarching marketing goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with broader marketing and business strategies.
- Manage the creative process from concept through completion, coordinating input from stakeholders and external vendors.
- Work with vendors to ensure that creative assets are produced on time and within budget.
- Lead bi-weekly marketing meetings to align priorities, share updates, and keep initiatives on track.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital assets and design files to support brand consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Assist with maintaining file organization for better workflow.
- Contribute to long-term strategy development for marketing across different business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience executing multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with or managing outsourced marketing and design vendors is a plus
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Comfortable leading meetings and communicating across teams and departments
- Highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
