Job Description
The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and accessories. This role supports inventory management processes, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and collaborates with other team members to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will recommend process improvements and serve as a backup to the Parts Associate when needed.
Responsibilities
· Properly receive and inspect incoming parts and accessories per existing processes.
· Accurately document and process all incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Ensure parts are correctly labeled, organized, and stored efficiently.
· Facilitate the timely and accurate distribution of parts.
· Learn warehouse layout and all bin locations.
· Learn the duties of and perform as a backup to the Parts Associate when required.
· Adhere to all safety protocols for handling and storing parts.
· General housekeeping tasks as required, including but not limited to cleaning the warehouse and repair shop daily.
· Other duties as required.
Qualifications
· Efficient with technology, software, and computers
· Extremely organized and process-driven
· Ability to coordinate activities with other employees and vendors
· Ability to read and follow directions
· Comfortable working in an industrial environment
· A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US
· Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
