Our Ideal Candidate:
- 7 years’ commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with bending and installing EMT and Rigid Metal conduit
- Proficiency with operating hand and electrical benders with proficiency
- Install and repair electrical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits
- Ability to operate various equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts and skid steers
- Install, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems such as: switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, CT cabinets, conveyor systems, lighting, and power supplies.
- Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices
- Inspect systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems.
- Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications required by our client
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs., bend, climb and stand throughout the day and for extended periods of time
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to work additional hours which may include longer work weeks, weekends, and holidays
- Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment as required by CEC and our customers
