Service Technician Job Duties:
As a Field Service Technician, you are responsible for all aspects of repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of company-owned commercial laundry equipment. Our service technicians are given a dedicated territory, autonomy, and are empowered to make the right decisions to care for the customers that we serve. Field Service Technician Job Duties:
- Quick, efficient, timely service solutions and excellent customer service
- Repair commercial laundry equipment & supporting payment systems
- Manage your service call routing, driving company provided vehicle (kept at your home) approximately 40% of the day
- Maintain accurate vehicle parts inventory to ensure a high first-time fix rate
- Clean various machines and laundry rooms upon request and as needed to maintain Company image and a professional appearance
- Clean duct work and dryer vents as part of preventative maintenance program
- Assist install department with machine replacements & new installs as needed
- Responsible for timely maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of company vehicle
Field Service Technician Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Enjoy working independently and maintain a high level of honesty and integrity
- Clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, OWI, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical function (we’ll train you)
- Ability to read electrical schematics highly preferred
- Keen technological aptitude is a plus
- Must be able to maneuver machines as needed to perform necessary repairs
- Ability to squat, bend, kneel, work in limited space/areas, as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent. Trade school or HVAC experience a plus

Classification
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Typical workweek consists of 40 hours, Monday through Friday with occasional overnight travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
