The role:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prosecute trademark portfolios, including clearance, filing, and maintenance.
- Handle trademark enforcement actions such as oppositions and cancellation proceedings.
- Represent clients in trademark disputes, including TTAB and ITC proceedings.
- Advise clients on brand protection strategies across diverse industries.
- Conduct risk assessments and deliver strategic counsel on trademark rights.

Requirements:
- U.S. licensed attorney in good standing.
