BDC INTERNET MANAGER

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet/ BDC Manager to oversee our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with customers and negotiate deals, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. The Internet Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing inventory for our dealership.

Duties

• Answer and follow up on each lead.
• Set appointments for all sales associates.
• Manage all aspects of internet leads, including responding promptly to inquiries and following up with potential customers.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to engage with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between online and in-store sales efforts.
• Ability to hire and manage a BDC Agent.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in online performance.
• Train and support staff on best practices for online sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to develop a Service to Sales program.

Requirements

• Computer literate.
• Strong skills in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively negotiate deals.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Eleads proficiency a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $87,639.00 per year
