Job Summary
Growing car dealership seeking to add a dynamic personality to join our upward climb in the Florence market!
This will be a hybrid position between our Business Development Center and Service to Sales program. Individual must be able to engage potential clients on the phone as well as in person with zeal, great customer service skills and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
