What are the responsibilities and job description for the All Season Team Member - Lawn/Snow/Landscaping position at Caleb's Services?
Caleb's Services provides lawn, snow, and yard care services in the Anchorage Bowl.
We utilize a variety of equipment, including yard tools, plow trucks, snow blowers, tractors, and loaders.
We are currently seeking an all-season team member.
**Duties include:**
- Operating hand tools, lawnmowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, shovels, plow trucks, loaders, and tractors
- Performing equipment maintenance
- Organizing gear
- Driving a company truck
**Requirements:**
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to pass a background and drug test
- Capability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Team player
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone
**Work Schedule:**
- **Summer:** Monday to Thursday with 10-hour workdays; overtime and bonuses may be available on occasion. Typical work hours are 8-6
- **Winter:** Workdays will occur whenever it snows (generally with a 24-hour notice), consisting of 10-14 hour shifts, with the possibility of multiple days. Typical work hours are 3 AM - 2 PM

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
