What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member position at Caleb's Services?
Caleb's Services provides lawn care, snow removal, and yard maintenance services in the Anchorage Bowl.
We utilize a variety of equipment, including yard tools, plow trucks, snow blowers, tractors, and loaders.
We are seeking a seasonal crew member from approximately April 15th to October 15th.
**Duties Include:**
- Operating lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools.
- Maintaining equipment.
- Organizing gear.
- Driving a company truck.
**Requirements:**
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Team player mentality.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and smartphone.
Normal workdays are Monday to Thursday with 10-hour shifts. Overtime and bonuses may be available on occasion.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
