Special Education Paraprofessional Position Available
Caledonia Area Middle/High School has an opening for a full-time special education paraprofessional. We are looking for patient individuals who enjoy working with children and who work well with others. Applicants need to meet the highly qualified requirement of having an associate’s degree, 60 college credits or passing the ParaPro or Paraeducator exam upon hire. The district will provide training for those taking the exam. The hiring range is $16.08 - $19.92 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include life insurance, LTD, health insurance, 403(B), and paid time off. On-site daycare is available at a discounted rate, provided there are openings. This position offers the availability to have the same days off as students and hours similar to the school day.
