Concrete Laborer/Finisher

Overview:
Caledonia Concrete Construction is seeking skilled Concrete Laborers and Finishers to join our team. All candidates are expected to work full-time, with opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend work available. Starting pay ranges between $16 and $25 per hour, depending on skills and experience. No experience is necessary. We are willing to train! Responsibilities:
-Preparing surfaces for concrete
- Use of hand tools and machines to finish concrete
- Apply various finishes to concrete, such as troweling, stamping, or brooming
- Follow specifications to ensure accurate and precise work
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to expectations
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Drivers license and/or reliable form of transportation
- Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer, Finisher, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to concrete finishing
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
