Feed Mill Operator
Objective:
The Mill Operator is responsible for the precise and timely production, handling, and distribution of feed and agricultural products, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality and productivity. This position reports to the Mill Operations and Transportation Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following established safety protocols
- Ensure tools and equipment remain in optimal operating condition, reporting necessary repairs
- Maintain required certifications and complete necessary training programs
- Oversee housekeeping and inspection schedules, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
- Verify that product quality meets customer expectations and industry standards
- Conduct product sampling when required, ensuring data accuracy and proper testing procedures
- Provide customers with necessary paperwork and documentation as instructed
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent damage or inaccuracies
- Ensure precise distribution and storage of agricultural products to maintain inventory integrity
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for seamless production flow
- Work efficiently while prioritizing safety, minimizing operational risks
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor
