Plant Operations Specialist - Agronomy

Objective:

The Plant Operations Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing the distribution of products and services, ensuring outstanding customer service while maintaining industry standards and safety protocols. This role requires operational expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This position reports to the Team Lead.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CDL Class A license (or willingness to obtain) required
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following safety standards and procedures
• Maintain the upkeep of tools and equipment, reporting repairs as necessary
• Maintain required training and certifications to support industry and regulatory compliance
• Implement and manage housekeeping and inspection schedules
• Ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations and industry regulations
• Conduct product sampling as required and document results accurately
• Provide customers with required paperwork and documentation when instructed
• Verify incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
• Ensure precise distribution and storage of products while managing inventory levels
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to support operational efficiency
• Work efficiently with a safety-first mindset to minimize risks and enhance productivity
• Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
