Job Description :
Microsoft Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant – Finance to provide application support for D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX 2012 . The role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting finance modules, optimizing processes, and ensuring system stability. This role requires close collaboration with Business teams, IT support, and developers to resolve incidents, improve system performance, and support business needs.
Key Requirements : Technical Skills :
8-10 years of experience in D365 F&O or AX 2012 application support.Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).Troubleshooting skills in L2 / L3 support, performance tuning, and issue resolution .Experience with X , SQL, SSRS, and API integrations .Familiarity with data migration, custom reports, and automation (Power Automate, RPA) .
Functional & Soft Skills :
- Strong understanding of finance processes Ability to analyze business needs and improve workflows .Experience in ITIL frameworks (Incident, Change, Problem Management) .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Certification, ITIL, or ERP upgrade experience.

Compensation :
Salary range for California residents only : Between $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
