Role: Oracle Manufacturing Support Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA or Burbank, CA
Work Setting: Onsite (M-F)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modules such as Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory, and Cost Management.
Role Description & Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle WIP, BOM, Inventory, and Costing modules.
· Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and ensure system functionality meets business needs.
· Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.
· Support data integrity, audits, and compliance efforts.
· Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and new features.
· Monitor system performance and assist with upgrades and patches.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualities
· Proven experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in system configuration and user support.
· Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
