Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in Redwood UI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud and hands-on experience with Redwood UI design and implementation. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining HCM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the HCM system.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform system upgrades and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM systems.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is must.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UI design and implementation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion upgrade projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

Salary range for California residents only: Between $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
