Customer Service Expert III

Position: Customer Service Expert III
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Hours of work: Full-time position with hours Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 PM

The Customer Service Expert III will process all types of sales and service orders in SAP for carbon, service, equipment, and engineered solutions from order entry to the coordination of all the necessary paperwork associated with these types of orders (proforma paperwork, shipping documents, etc.).
The Customer Service Expert III works very closely with Sales, Logistics, Field Services, Finance, Quality, Plants and Warehouses to process orders from receipt through invoicing. The Customer Service Expert III is also tasked with training and mentorship of CSE I & II positions.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Perform purchase order review and order entry in SAP
• Provide material availability and delivery information to sales staff, customers, etc.
• Secure information for creation and maintenance of customer master files and price condition records in SAP
• Research and manage customer invoice questions and customer complaints for resolution of immediate and future issues
• Generate all the necessary paperwork for international orders
• Provide freight quotes to customers for shipments
  

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred (Business or Sales; would consider equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years of SAP experience in Sales & Distribution is required
• 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience is required
• International or Export experience is preferred
