The Director - Global Marketing & Communications holds enterprise-wide responsibility for the strategic and tactical leadership of Calgon Carbon's marketing and communications (MARCOM) programs and is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that enhance and protect the company's brand, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive business growth. The Director - Global Marketing & Communications leads all corporate communications, including corporate visibility, media relations and public relations, digital marketing, internal communications, corporate culture, and community affairs. This role acts as communications partner to the executive leadership team and works in alignment with Calgon Carbon's and Kuraray's corporate strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Internal & External Communications
Manages the planning, development, and execution of company-wide employee communications, programs and platforms by providing strategic direction on internal initiatives, drafting communications for executives, people managers, and employees, overseeing all editorial content
Coordinate with other departments, including sales, product development, human resources, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
Develop and implement a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team
