Position SummaryResponsible for providing general maintenance for the buildings on each of the campuses and off sites of the college. Including repairing and installing equipment and fixtures, completing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and other repairs, maintenance, and duties as assigned.Salary : Appropriate placement on ACCS salary schedule E3, Grade 04 : $39,759 - $57,251Work Hours : Monday through Thursday, 9 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 30 p.m.; Friday 7 : 00 a.m. – 11 : 00 p.m.Adjustment to the scheduled work hours may be made by the appropriate administrator to accommodate the needs of the college.Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and must submit a complete application packet through the on-line application system to be considered.
