- Set up 11 labs for PHY 213 and 11 labs for PHY 214.
- Work with possible pitfalls (and work-around solutions) in these lab experiments.
- Work with with PASCO Data Studio Software, PASCO data acquisition equipment and other PASCO instrumentation.
- Work with Frequency Generator, Oscilloscope, and other Physics Lab equipment
- Work with essential features of a Physics Lab report.
- Grade lab reports, and submit a final lab grade to the Lecture Instructor.
MINIMUM EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of two semesters of Engineering Physics (PHY 213 and PHY 214, or equivalent)
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently without direct supervision.
- Willingness to work directly with students in a lab setting.
- Sensitivity and commitment to cultural diversity.
- An understanding of the role and philosophy of the community college system.
