- Alabama Pharmacy Technician license, required
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (some 10am-6pm shifts required)
- Multi-tasker
- Compounding experience, preferred
- Billing experience, preferred
- Wellness Screening experience, preferred
- Immunization Certification, preferred
- CPR Certification, preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician, preferred
Requirements:
- Current Alabama state pharmacy technician license in good standing or willingness to obtain license and complete training. If you recently obtained a license you MUST have completed training within 6 months of initial license date or the BOP will not honor a renewal. Your license can also not be expired.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new computer system
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow oral & written directions
- Ability to work well with co-workers & general public
- Ability to identify and trouble-shoot problematic issues
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new skills in laboratory setting.
- Ability to retain information on compounding techniques and requirements
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Dependable
