Job duties include:
· Calculate agency payroll
· Analyze agency costs and develop cost reports
· Process public health claims and revenues
· Assist with developing budget
· Create agency annual report
· Record minutes for agency meetings
· Organize and maintain Public Health records
· Monitor compliance with contracts
· Serve as IT resource for staff
· Answer multi-line phone system
· Coordinate health education activities
REQUIRED:
· Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting or related courses
· Various drug and background screenings
PREFERRED:
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks
