Cali’s Smoke Shop is the premier smoke shop in the Tampa Bay Area, offering an extensive range of high-quality products, from tobacco and vaping accessories to glassware and premium cigars. As the largest smoke shop in the region, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and delivering the highest quality products to our community. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate.

Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You’ll assist customers in finding the products they need, educate them on new products, and ensure a positive and friendly shopping experience. Your knowledge and passion for the industry will help us maintain our reputation as the go-to smoke shop in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
• Assist customers with product selection and demonstrate product knowledge (training will be provided).
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Process transactions and handle cash/register with accuracy.
• Stay informed about new product offerings and promotions.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, clean, and properly organized.
• Help with inventory management and restocking products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A passion for the smoke shop industry is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
