Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Educate businesses and customers on the telecommunication services offered by our clients, ensuring a clear understanding of available options
- Work with customers to enroll them in products and services while addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for businesses to speak with top sales managers, facilitating a seamless transition from enrollment to further discussions
- Maintain brand recognition for our clients by fostering a positive and consistent image
- Meet and exceed targets and metrics through proactive outreach strategies such as engaging with customers and new business partners that recently opened
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role is preferred but optional.
- Proven track record of success in collaborative team settings
- Interest in telecommunications, technology, wireless devices, and more is a plus
