This position requires travel to various project locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of field construction operations from pre-construction to project completion.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets industry and company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead on-site meetings, safety briefings, and progress reports with stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively resolve construction-related challenges in real time.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, reports, and field notes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects in K-12 schools, municipalities, QSR/restaurants, banks, and retail.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to travel as required for project assignments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- OSHA 30 certification (required).
- High standards of integrity, quality, and client satisfaction.
