What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Glass Fleet Accounts Coordinator position at Caliber Auto Glass?
Service Center Glass - Washington Job Summary Through innovative solutions and proactive communication with fleet partners, the Fleet Accounts Coordinator will assist in the creation of work orders, as well as the staging and transportation of fleet vehicles. Additionally, this role will play an integral part in growing the onsite fleet operation at their assigned airport location. Fleet Account Coordinators are committed to ensuring that customers receive the best possible service as a result of their efforts. Role and Responsibilities Assists in the creation and maintenance of vendor and fleet partnership lists, weekly schedules, and vehicle tracking systems Coordinates new work order requests, stages, and transports according to priority and part availability. Maintains close contact with onsite fleet partners by conducting frequent check-ins Participates in daily production meetings with airport staff, glass techs, GNC, coordinators, and other partners to discuss past, present, and future vehicle needs Provides the Fleet Desk with all requests for glass or mechanical repairs Provides dispatching and workflow support for Fleet Desk as assigned in Omega Scheduler Maintains daily updates on all service requests and coordinate any unexpected services with local Caliber support teams Ensures all proper documentation is present on invoices in order to be processed efficiently Contributes to the growth of the on-site fleet business Qualifications, Education & Experience: Problem solver and solutions provider with a strong track record of success Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction High level of efficiency and accuracy Strong partnership capabilities Prior experience in a customer facing role highly preferred Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check Must maintain a professional working appearance About Caliber Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has grown to more than 1,600 centers nationwide and features a full range of complementary automotive services, including Caliber Collision, one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers across more than 40 states and Caliber Auto Glass for glass repair and replacement.
