Service Center CSCS TX Job Summary The Parts Coordinator will assist and oversee the timely and accurate processing of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) as well as After Market parts and will address staff and vendor partner inquiries. Responsibilities typically revolve around liaising with Dispatchers, General Managers, Vendor Partners, and Internal Departments. Essential Job Duties Communicate with various department personnel to provide and receive information, resolve questions and opportunities Communicate between departments the status of parts requests and orders Monitor back-order report daily Manage and set-up of users with all parts providers Manage and set-up all Ship To locations with Vendor partners and within glass management system Assist in review and cleanup of on hold jobs Create and maintain a close relationship with our Parts Providers Assist the Dispatch team in ensuring the correct parts are utilized at a competitive rate Daily reconciliation of expense reports Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 3-year Glass parts experience is required Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs Required to meet department goals and expectations Ability to communicate appropriate feedback, information and directions both orally and in writing Strong customer service skills Personable and friendly demeanor with a World-Glass customer service approach to internal and external customers About Caliber Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has grown to more than 1,600 centers nationwide and features a full range of complementary automotive services, including Caliber Collision, one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers across more than 40 states and Caliber Auto Glass for glass repair and replacement.
