Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Independently develop and implement internal and executive communications strategies for leaders that align to the employee communications framework and strategy.
- Proactively plan, write and deliver clear and inspirational content that is related to key engagement initiatives. Deliver executive messages and support executive engagement activities that strengthen the value proposition for employees and align with the enterprise business strategy.
- Possess the depth of experience and gravitas needed to provide advice and counsel to leaders on opportunities for internal engagement, ensuring they are amplifying messages that align to both corporate strategy and the enterprise communications strategy.
- Ensure consistent and timely information to employees through various communications platforms and channels, including emails, town halls, the intranet, and internal social media outlets.
- Ensure that leaders remain tuned in and responsive to employee experience and engagement as measured through analytics, anecdotally, and through continuous listening strategies.
- Set measurable goals for execution of internal and executive communications strategies and ensure progress is tracked and reported.
- Work in lockstep with the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and collaboratively across the entire corporate communications function to deliver holistic internal communications programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required / Preferred Education And Licenses
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience.
