- Estimate and Documentation Review: Conduct thorough reviews of estimates, photos, and documentation for ADAS repair opportunities, adhering to the company’s established review processes.
- Interpret Service Information: Analyze service information for estimate reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to company and industry standards.
- Compliance and Standards Enforcement: Ensure all repairs, including ADAS calibrations, follow proper pre- and post-scan protocols, documentation standards, and company compliance rules.
- Handle Escalations: Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Protech Scheduling and Invoicing Support: Coordinate with Protech teams to manage scheduling needs, streamline invoicing, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all ADAS and mechanical repair work.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze estimate reviews to identify potential areas for Gross Profit (GP%) improvement and prepare insightful reports for management.
- Feedback Delivery: Provide constructive feedback to improve calibration prediction tools, enabling more accurate and efficient processes.
- Training and Development: Offer training and support to service advisors to enhance compliance, technical understanding, and adherence to company repair standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Track, report, and communicate findings to management, offering suggestions for ongoing improvement in ADAS calibration and repair documentation.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver "World Class" customer service, supporting both internal teams and external clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Safety and Policy Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, policy guidelines, and quality standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in estimating or ADAS repair processes, with strong knowledge in documentation, Protech scheduling, and handling escalations.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in repair procedures, CCC Pathways estimating software, "P-Page" logic, ADAS systems, and calibrations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret service information and resolve escalations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Adaptability: Able to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and personable approach to fostering positive experiences for both team members and clients.
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet insurance eligibility criteria.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and crouching as needed.
- Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, and variable environmental conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Moderate noise levels.
- May involve exposure to hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
