Compensation and Benefits

Job Requirements
As a Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision, you will perform all-purpose duties, which may include writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication to customers. To be successful in this role, you must have 2 years of collision estimating experience, sales experience preferred, and possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License and prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
