What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Caliber Company?
Full-time position: General hours are 8:30am - 4pm M-F with availability to work nights and weekends if needed
Your Role Will Include:
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks and tasks and preventative maintenance in a
professional matter.
- Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing problems with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and other rental unit
related items.
- Installation: Installing fixtures and appliances. (Lifting up to 70 lbs.)
- Landscaping: Maintaining the exterior of the building, including picking up trash and debris.
- Safety: Maintaining fire, carbon monoxide, and smoke systems & inspection checks & ensuring that the
properties are safe, clean & habitual at all times.
- Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining common areas and lobbies.
- Emergency response: Being on-call to respond to emergency issues.

Position compensation and benefits:
