Responsibilities include the following:
- Affiliate Program Development: Develop and oversee the company’s affiliate program strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, focusing on those that align with brand values and target audiences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to optimize campaigns, increase performance, and maximize revenue.
- Performance Analysis: Track and measure affiliate program performance and ROI, utilizing data analytics to guide improvements and optimize spend.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with affiliates to develop and implement campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and compliance while maximizing reach and impact.
- Incentive Management: Design and manage affiliate incentives, commissions, and promotions that drive engagement and attract high-quality leads.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to legal and brand guidelines, monitoring for compliance to maintain brand integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, product, and sales teams to ensure that affiliate strategies align with broader marketing initiatives.

Education and Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Required: 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
- Preferred: Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce with a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate programs.
