Position location: Hybrid - This role is required to be in the office in Corporate Woods Tues-Thurs on a weekly basis.

Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, Accounting, and/or Treasury functions, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical aptitude, natural analytical tendencies, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and performance measurement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, and/or Treasury functions.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates MUST reside in the Kansas City Metro area in order to be considered. No exceptions. This role is required to be in the office Tues-Thurs on a weekly basis.
