Service Center CSCS TX Job Summary The Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting our peer groups by developing and maintaining data-driven reports to help inform decision making using PowerBI, SQL, and Excel (amongst other tools and applications). This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Strategic Accounts, Finance, etc.). This position will be full-time on site. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Have financial acumen to help provide insights and actions through reports and dashboards Business Partnering: Collaborate with Commercial Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Information Technology, and Operations teams to support new opportunities, assess pricing strategies, cost determination, and other financial metrics Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities using disparate data sources ensuring all reports generated by the Commercial Finance Team are updated/accurate and automated Strategic Projects: Support of strategic projects by developing/maintaining reports and dashboards to help drive awareness and actions Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior members of the team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial finance, financial planning & analysis, revenue management or related roles Clear communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in the MS Suite of products, ability to manage through large datasets, and produce concise metrics Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated Ability to work collaboratively with all departments, management and non-management levels within the company, and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to turn end-user requirements into actionable tools and insights Key Competencies: Expertise in using PowerBI and SQL for reporting and analysis Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in creating financial models and labor reports Ability to manage multiple reporting projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, operational environment Relationship builder who can translate large data sets into information useable by our business partners Benefits: Competitive salary paid weekly Comprehensive health benefits that start on day 1 Retirement savings plan Professional development opportunities within a growing organization "Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer" https://careers.caliber.com/us/en/eeo-statement About Caliber Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has grown to more than 1,600 centers nationwide and features a full range of complementary automotive services, including Caliber Collision, one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers across more than 40 states and Caliber Auto Glass for glass repair and replacement.
