Responsible for contribution, execution and on-going management of the Corporate Supply Chain and Procurement Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned categories to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risks, and improve supplier relationships.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and organizational expectations.
Contract Negotiations:
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while mitigating potential risks.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure contracts meet regulatory and compliance standards.
RFP Leadership:
- Plan, execute, and lead cross-functional RFPs to identify and secure best-in-class suppliers and solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders to define project requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Analyze RFP responses and provide recommendations to key decision-makers.
Savings and Optimization Initiatives:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across categories and develop actionable plans to achieve financial targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and reduce waste.
- Measure and report savings achieved against objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
Executive Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed sourcing updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Provide insights into market trends, supplier performance, and spend analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on supply chain and procurement matters.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 6 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale RFP processes and complex contract negotiations.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and presenting to executive leadership.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, procurement tools, and ERP systems.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
