Competitive Compensation: $47 to $55 an hour

Experience Required: RN of 2 years

Flexible Hours: Full time/ Per Diem

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• A licensed RN in good standing, issued by the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Availability via telephone and to provide home visits when necessary.
• Physical: Negative 2-Step PPD or Chest X-Ray, flu vaccination, MMR Screening.
• Valid malpractice insurance and current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid NJ Drivers license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services.
• Provides guidance to CHHA’s and skilled personnel to meet the client’s needs.
• Conducts initial patient assessments, reassessments and plans patient care.
• Supervises and directs field personnel in providing care.
• Coordinates with company locations to provide a continuity of care.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with the client and his/her family members.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the health care team and staff.
• Consistently adheres to universal precautions, aseptic technique and infection control guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality of client assessments and records.
• Consistently submits patient records completed in an appropriate timely manner.
• Utilizes time effectively, maintaining a consistent level of productivity.
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism through appearance, performance and communication.
