Call Center Agent
Caliber Home Solutions provides homeowners with custom bath remodeling solutions. We partner with the “best of the best” network of dealers that have demonstrated reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.
Caliber Home Solutions is a growing bath remodeling company that is currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for our Idaho Falls, ID office.
Requirements
Qualified applicants must have excellent computer and communications skills, call center/inside sales experience, must be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday - Dayshift. 40 Hours Per Week
Must be 18
Job Description
1. Schedule and confirm appointments.
2. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
3. Provide Customer Service
4. Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
We offer a competitive hourly wage an obtainable bonus structure based on the quality of appointments set.

Pay: $15.00-17.00 DOE Base Wage Monthly Bonus Based on Performance
