Job Title: Production Assistant
Full Time Position - $18.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the operations of our shower and bath installation teams. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient installation of shower and bath systems, helping manage schedules, materials, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Coordination: Assist in managing and tracking inventory of materials, ensuring all necessary products, tools, and equipment are available for installation projects.
- Schedule Management: Help coordinate installation schedules, ensuring that jobs are completed on time and that all necessary resources are in place for each project.
- Customer Communication: Assist with coordinating with clients, answering questions, and ensuring that installation teams are informed of any special requirements or preferences.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, deliveries, and materials used. Assist in preparing job completion reports and ensuring that paperwork (such as invoices and contracts) is properly filed.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in construction, home improvement, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-Direction is a must.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of home improvement or construction processes is beneficial.
- Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, etc.) and scheduling tools.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $18.00 Per Hour
- Benefits: We do not offer benefits currently. You will start to accrue PTO each pay period, after 1 year with the company.
