Business Operations Director Regulatory Compliance

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

Advanced knowledge of cGMP/GDP/Pharmaceutical regulations and applications

Strong knowledge and application of OSHA, DEA, USP and other applicable WH regulations

Proficiency in ERP systems / WMS Applications, Scheduling and analytics tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate presentation development and delivery skills

Ability to adapt to changing business conditions while maintaining appropriate level of controls and compliance with regulatory requirements

Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and lead high-performing teams

Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
