CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Security Analyst to join our team supporting a National Institutes of Health client. The candidate will provide System Security support including the design, development, and continuous security monitoring of specialized applications that support mission-critical scientific research activities.

The position is required on a part-time basis (10-20 hours / week) and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Serve as first line of contact with Federal ISSO to ensure smooth and timely integrations to comply with NIH security controls.
- Conduct security controls assessments by utilizing NIST Special Publication 800-53a and perform stakeholder interviews, examination of documentation and technical testing of the required security controls.
- Maintain and document security plans, contingency plans, compliance, safeguards, risks, milestones, security controls assessment, and understanding of inheritance, and other security artifacts as directed by NIH.
- Maintain the Authority to Operate (ATO), and other security compliance with NIH security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security research in keeping abreast of latest security issues.
