What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer (Full time onsite) position at Caliber The Wealth Development Company?
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team locally in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is onsite 5 days a week and does not allow for a hybrid work schedule.
The Graphic Designer is a detail-oriented creative professional responsible for developing impactful and beautifully executed communication materials that effectively present compelling and accurate content. Supporting company initiatives, this role helps build audience engagement, instill customer confidence, and reinforce the Caliber brand. As a key storyteller, the Graphic Designer ensures that every piece of visual content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
Working closely with internal teams, the Graphic Designer produces a dynamic mix of high-quality materials across multiple platforms, including e-newsletters, social media, sales decks, executive presentations, display advertisements, event collateral, and quarterly and annual reports. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in visual storytelling, committed to maintaining a high standard of design excellence, and eager to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies. Whether working independently or collaboratively, this role is essential to enhancing audience engagement and strengthening Caliber’s market presence.

Essential Functions for this Role:
- Represent the brand and how it’s perceived by current and potential customers.
- Design creative, engaging, and on-brand graphics and concepts for a variety of media and collateral.
- Collaborating with branding experts, front-end developers, marketing, content, and other professionals to create media and collateral.
- Articulate and pitch design concepts as well as translate brand strategies into visual design.
- Execute objectives and goals aligned with the broader brand vision.
- Stay current in industry/field, to strengthen professional skills and enhance business acumen
- Gain or improve brand recognition/increase revenue/meet long term business goals by creating effective brand management strategy.
- Other duties as needed related to graphic design.
- 2-4 years of graphic or production design experience required
- High School Education or GED required
- College experience preferred and/or training or certification in Graphic Design
- UI/UX experience preferred
- Design experience in B2B, real estate or financial institutions preferred
- Familiarity with commercial real estate industry, terms, trends preferred
- Passion for graphic arts, color theory, typography, print and electronic formats
- An effective storyteller, who can seamlessly turn a vision into reality that delivers real impact
- Well versed in the Adobe Suite of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other leading programs
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong self-motivation and self-direction
- Experience creating quick-turn items and the ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills, ability to get along with a variety of personalities
- Readiness to apply innovative, creative thinking to support Caliber goals and needs
- Strong technical skills for regular schedule of deliverables across platforms, working in tandem with staff and vendors. Ensures projects completed on time.
- Ability to work flex-schedule that may include some nights and weekends
