Our platform helps Corporate Communications, HR and Marketing professionals manage their activities and build their companies’ brand and reputation by providing real-time stakeholder perception data in an online dashboard. We are an international team of strategists, analysts and technologists headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in Milan, Sao Paulo and New York.
Position
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP Client Services to join our leadership team in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role will also include supporting growth and thought leadership activities, as well as managing and building our NA Advisory and Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client needs, a proven track record of driving business growth, and the ability to lead and inspire teams. Your expertise in developing tailored solutions and delivering high-level strategic advice will be key to the success of both our clients and our organization.
Overall, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a Portfolio of Enterprise Clients: Oversee a growing list of international clients, ensuring high-level service and strong, long-term relationships.
- Advising C-Suite Executives: Work directly with senior leaders to understand their needs, design tailored research strategies, and advise on brand and reputation strategies, as well as key decision-making processes.
- Managing and growing the NA Client Services team: Manage and mentor a team consisting of Advisors and Customer Success Managers dedicated to our US clients.
- Supporting NA growth activities: participate in and initiate marketing and sales activities in collaboration with local and global sales and marketing resources, as well as external agencies, such as prospecting, sales meetings, keynote speaking, conference attendance, content development, PR activities and more.
- Designing and Developing Research Frameworks: Collaborate with clients to create customized research setups and questionnaires, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and business goals.
- Analyzing Market Research Data: Extract valuable insights from complex data sets, providing actionable intelligence that informs client strategy and helps drive their business success.
- Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams in the US and globally to ensure timely and successful execution of client projects while managing client expectations and deadlines.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with C-suite clients in a SaaS, market research, or consulting environment, with a focus on stakeholder intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of strategic client advisory and successfully managing complex client portfolios, particularly with international enterprise clients.
- Strong expertise in research methodologies and the ability to translate data insights into actionable, strategic recommendations that drive client success.
- Exceptional people and project management skills with experience overseeing staff and multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery, professional development, and achieving high client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain complex research findings in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple client needs and priorities.
- A collaborative leader, with a passion for fostering strong relationships both internally and externally to drive business growth and long-term client retention.
